Won't start

my car had cought on fire a while back and thanks to all you here i found all the parts i needed to fix it but now i have one small problem i cant figure out. when i went to start the car i got nothing, so i check my ground cable and power cable, i had the starter tested, checked the ground cable on it and i checked all my fuses and they are all fine i dont know what else to check does anyone have any ideas as to what it could be?

power transistor, fuel pump/mpi relay, check the fuses again with a meter.
