Weird "hesitating"

I need a little advice on my 96 rs. I wish it was bad enough to catch a video of it but its not.

Sitting still at idle the car hesitates forward slightly. its a 5spd so its normally out of gear. and it's a constant but spiratic hesitation... almost like a miss. I've replaced the wires, plugs, and ignition coil. what next? I'm lost now.

Oh and i also had a IMFI done to it with the past few weeks
